Welcome to REYNA. These terms govern your use of reyna.in and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, Refund and Warranty & Care policies & credit note.

Products, pricing & taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • All orders are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • We work hard to display colours and details accurately, but screens vary. Because REYNA footwear is handcrafted in small batches from natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, texture and finish are inherent, intentional and unique to your pair — they are a mark of the craft, not a defect.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information, and to modify or discontinue products, at any time.

Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not mean acceptance; a contract forms only when we dispatch your order.
  • You may cancel your own order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it — see Shipping & Delivery.
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to a stock issue, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations — and where you've already paid, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering.

Atelier (bespoke) commissions

  • Atelier pieces are made to order and limited to a set number of commissions each month.
  • A commission is confirmed on payment of the agreed deposit or amount.
  • Because each Atelier and Bridal made-to-order piece is created for you specifically, it is final — not eligible for return, refund or exchange, save for a genuine manufacturing fault.
  • Timelines and specifications are agreed with you individually during your consultation.

Intellectual property

The REYNA name and marks, the "Coded in Grace" signature, our product names and city-inspired naming, our imagery, films, copy and website design are the property of Indishoe company and are protected by law. You may not use, copy or reproduce them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REYNA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force majeure

We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural events, strikes, courier disruption, and similar).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
