Measure your foot from heel to longest toe, standing, at the end of the day. Measure both feet and use the larger one. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How to measure

  1. Trace your foot

    Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall and trace around your foot.

  2. Trace your foot

    Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall and trace around your foot.

  3. Trace your foot

    Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, and trace around your foot with the pencil held upright.

  4. Measure heel to toe

    Measure the straight-line distance from the back of the heel to the tip of your longest toe, in centimetres.

  5. Compare and choose

    Match your measurement to the Foot (cm) column above. Measure both feet and use the larger one — if you fall between two sizes, take the larger size.
