The Making

72 hands. One sole.

Every REYNA pair travels through six stages of craft before it earns our signature on the insole.

  1. 01

    Pattern Cutting

    Each upper is cut by hand from full-grain hides, graded to our exact specification.

  2. 02

    Lasting

    The leather is stretched over a wooden last and hand-nailed into shape — a skill that takes years to master.

  3. 03

    Sole Bonding

    Leather soles are attached with slow-cure adhesive and hand-stitched at the welt for durability.

  4. 04

    Heel Setting

    Brass-tipped heels are press-fitted and pinned, then hand-finished with fine sandpaper.

  5. 05

    Edge & Polish

    Every edge is bevelled, stained and burnished three times to achieve the hallmark REYNA finish.

  6. 06

    Puja's Signature

    Puja Khanna Duggal signs each insole by hand before the shoe is boxed. Not a stamp — her signature.
