Every pair leaves our Gurugram atelier wrapped with intention. Here's what to expect from dispatch to delivery policy.

Where we ship

We currently deliver across India. International shipping isn't available yet — join our list and you'll be the first to know when she travels.

Shipping charges

Free on all prepaid orders above ₹4,990. Orders below ₹4,990 carry a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Your payment is processed securely — we never store your card details.

Dispatch & delivery timelines

  • In-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location — metro cities are usually quicker; remote pin codes may take a little longer.
  • Customised pieces are crafted to order. Estimated timelines are shown on the product page and confirmed with you after purchase — usually [2–4 weeks].
  • Atelier (bespoke) commissions follow their own schedule, agreed with you during your consultation.

Cancelling your order

Changed your mind before she ships? You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order — message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll cancel and refund your payment method in full.

Once 24 hours have passed, or once your order has dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our Returns & Exchanges policy applies instead.

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details by email and SMS. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +91 92118 52309 any time for a live update — it's the fastest way to talk to us.

A few honest notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes or events beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be re-shipped at an additional charge.
  • High-value and Bridal orders are dispatched insured and may require a signature on delivery.
